i was absolutely dissapointed when i entered the room and found it hot and poorly lit. ants crawling from the wall? really? I expected a luxurious experience but I felt treated like just another guest. they didn’t offer any complimentary gesture for this. we almost considered giving a good review, but just couldn’t.
